The problem with uncertainty is that no one likes to be uncertain, because that means you can't be sure of something and can't predict or judge and so have no control over said variable (and of course it is in human nature to be control PSYCHOPATHS).
That's not the worst bit though, since uncertainty leads people to not know what to do, and so either do something outrageously risky/STUPED or if they're smart do nothing and wait. But uncertainty stops the latter because then you'll be all like 'WHAT IF I NEED TO DO SOMETHING TO SORT WHATEVER THE PHUCKS GOIN ON' which may or may not be true but either way uncertainty has you by the nipples and is giving them a tug.
The only way to be completely certain of something is to be direct. No bullshitting around. But if that blunt stubborn approach works so well to the point where you lose what you were afraid but uncertain of losing, then maybe uncertainty has a purpose, to stop us being stupid, stubborn turds. I dunno. I'm uncertain on this (to the point where uncertainty doesn't look like a word anymore...).
P.S. I don't expect you to get wtf I'm going on about, I'm rambling O.O
